Physical Products
For physical products such as native seed collections and printed plant guides:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be unopened and in original packaging
- Seed packets cannot be returned once opened for quality assurance
- We cover return shipping costs for defective or incorrectly shipped items
Digital Products
For digital products such as downloadable plant guides and regional resources:
- Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you have not downloaded the content
- Once downloaded, digital products are non-refundable due to their nature
- If you experience technical issues, contact us for support before requesting a refund
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return or refund:

- Provide the reason for your return request
- Wait for our confirmation and return instructions
- Ship the item back using the provided return label (if applicable)
Refund Process

Exceptions
